2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (INDIA)
• Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
• Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout.
• We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India via trusted courier partners.
• Remote or difficult-to-access areas may experience slight delays.

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
• Estimated Delivery: 10–15 business days depending on destination country.
• International shipping charges and applicable taxes/duties will be shown at checkout.
• Customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your order on the courier's website.

5. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at sanchittiwari97@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.

Digital products do not require physical shipping and are available globally. No shipping fees apply to digital purchases.

3. DELIVERY ISSUES
